Hi! My name is Diana Marie and I'm an artist from Tucson, AZ who specializes in illustration and design. I attended The University of Arizona and received my BFA in Studio Art emphasizing in their Illustration, Design, and Animation program. I heavily lean towards 1950's and midcentury aesthetic and it seems to have taken over my life!
When I was a little kid I decided to fixate on all things 1950's which I highly accredit to my Nan and all of the stories she told me while growing up. For the longest time I thought I had to conform to present societal standards, but after a while it got real boring real fast. I don't even think twice before putting on my great grandmother's gloves and a petticoat now! It also took a while for me to realize that this is where my art belonged too. And over the years this is what I have become. I have no regrets knowing that little Diana would have fallen over seeing the woman she's become today.
